Dismantling will begin tomorrow
My reasons are as follows:
1) It is old and rusty. I do not think it will live much longer.
2) I have a better safrane to rebuild which needs the money spent on it.
3) Everytime I fix something I find something else that needs fixing.
4) Parts are hard to get hold of. On such an old car I feel that I am wasting my time. £70 for 2 new steering rack boots from Renault on an old car is a joke! I would rather spend the money on the other Safrane.
5) It has a leaking water pump and that means a new cambelt which is also a big problem for me.
If anyone can think of any reasons to save the car please tell me fast!
