Invalid session - please resubmit

I keep getting this really annoying message when i try to post a new topic or reply. Does anyone else get this?

Well, Jamie, this problem occurs frequently.
This is the way I tackle it:
I write my message and before sending it I do copy the entire message (CTRL+A and CTRL+C), because I know this problem occurs and in case of a large message it really is annoying. So copy, send and if it fails, start a new message and paste the "old" message, so you don`t have to type it all over.
In case you still get "an invalid ession" press on the "Verzenden" button again untill the message has been sent(or has to be typed/pasted again).

I do have this every now and then. I just click send again, sometimes twice, and that's it. The text always stays. I think it's a little bug in phpbb.

You would think so. The site contains a lot of customization, so updating is not that easy...
